APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation the policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy. 

Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.

We are a baby-friendly environment, but we ask that mobile children remain accompanied by an adult when not receiving services to guarantee their safety.

We realize and welcome that you may wish to change to a different stylist due to schedule changes, pricing, or to gain a new perspective- Our entire salon receives continuous training and education together as a team and we believe in servicing our clients as a team. If for any reason you wish or need to see a different stylist at Cocoon Salon, we encourage you to do so and can help refer you to another stylist who fits your needs.

Services:

Client satisfaction is most important to us! If you have questions or concerns about a service, you are getting or have received please do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@cocoon.salon or +91 8883339155. Monetary refunds will not be made for hair services rendered, however, we will happily make adjustments to the original service upon approval of your stylist. Requests for haircut or hair color adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment; most corrective color processes require multiple visits, because of these color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments.

Purchases & Returns

Any purchases made in-store or online can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returns on retail items will be given store credit only if items are sealed/unopened, no cash refunds. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be returned. Gift Cards must be used within the validity period. Subscriptions and Membership programs may be tailored to each customer depending on their requirements. All Subscription & Membership programs cancellation is subject to terms and may allow cancellation with a 1-month notice by writing to us at info@cocoon.salon and any balance amounts may be withheld by the management. All Subscription & Membership programs to be used legitimately by the clients and cannot be misused, transferred, or exchanged for cash which may result in cancellation without notice and any balances may be withheld by the management. All sales and services are final and are not available for later adjustments. Thank you.
